Common questions

Do you offer superbills for out-of-network reimbursement?

Yes. We provide a monthly superbill on request that you can submit to your insurance for possible partial reimbursement under your out-of-network mental health benefits.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment are billed at 50% of the visit rate. We understand life happens — talk to us if you have a recurring conflict.

Do you take HSA/FSA?

Yes. Psychiatric and primary care visits are eligible HSA/FSA expenses.
